Meet Joanne

Joanne works in Food Services and is responsible for all the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) products. This standard ensures the safety of patients with feeding, chewing, and/or swallowing difficulties. By mincing, pureeing, and chopping food, we can offer a variety of tasty and nutritious meals to patients living with dysphagia. Fun fact: QCH is one of few facilities in the province that prepare these products!
