Meet Natasha Poirier, recipient of the 2025 Hidden Hero Award.

This Hidden Hero Award is given to a QCH staff member who has quietly and consistently been supporting the organization, albeit perhaps more in the background. This award is presented to someone who represents all our QCH values – Collaboration, Accountability, Innovation and Respect – and lives them daily.

Natasha Poirier brings a truly special touch to catering assembly and service – elevating food presentation and service to an art form and transforming ordinary meals into memorable experiences. What truly sets her apart is the heartfelt care she pours into her work.

Natasha often will work late hours – staying to ensure that catering is completed to her exacting standard and spends considerable time researching online and sharing innovative ideas.
